Camela even managed to arrange for the Ravens to play a home game on my Birthday and [...] Congratulations to the two Iron Girls in the family – Deb and Mel. They both completed this years Iron Girl Race at Centennial Park – Columbia, Maryland, USA. The race was over the typical three stages and Deb and Mel had to complete a 0.62mile Swim, a 17.5mi Bike Ride, and a 3.4mile Run. [...] Alex is 21 today. Just like Matt we took him out for a meal and drink – they didn’t card him! |
