Had a great time by the pool on Monday with friends and family. Twice this year they have kindly provided me with the opportunity to go with them and see the Ravens play. Camela even managed to arrange for the Ravens to play a home game on my Birthday and [...] Congratulations to the two Iron Girls in the family – Deb and Mel. They both completed this years Iron Girl Race at Centennial Park – Columbia, Maryland, USA. The race was over the typical three stages and Deb and Mel had to complete a 0.62mile Swim, a 17.5mi Bike Ride, and a 3.4mile Run.
